The Spiron Grub body has a flat silhouette that imitates a bluegill with a tail that is thick and tapered to increase water disturbance. It is recommended for no-sinker rigs, Texas rigs, and as a trailer for swim jigs.

The flattened body resembles a gill, and the use of materials with different specific gravities on the top and bottom of the body makes it easier to maintain a stable swimming and action posture.

The thicker rear part of the tail grips the water firmly, creating strong vibrations that appeal to nearby fish. Also, the asymmetrical thickness of the tail creates even stronger vibrations. When pulled on the surface, it creates a wake and a loud noise.

There is a hook groove on the top. #4/0 size offset hook is recommended.
